Bewilderment
The luxury of invisibility bewilders me
For what I see is never what you see,
although we may look at the same thing.
What I thought I would see is now not the case
for I see more things I never thought I’d see,
And so I learned
that I never saw quite as clearly as
when I could not see.
The luxury of invisibility bewilders me
It brings me places I could not have been.
